1. Return Eligibility


You may request a return if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices are included.

The return request is made within the eligible return period.

Products that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing original packaging may not qualify for returns.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

After 7 days from delivery, we may not be able to process return or refund requests.

3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will receive a confirmation email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong products delivered

Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used or worn products

Products damaged after delivery

Personal care or hygiene-related items

Customized or personalized products

Clearance or sale items (unless damaged)

7. Return Shipping Costs.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
